These rules establish the legal framework for accessing and using the Debtback platform. By using the services, you fully accept the terms described below.
Debtback offers software solutions for automated invoicing, resource management, and financial reporting, intended exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises in Romania. The platform operates as a SaaS, and access is based on a monthly or annual subscription.
To use the services, the user must create an account with real and complete data. Debtback assumes no responsibility for unauthorized access caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their password or login credentials.
The user undertakes to use the platform solely for professional purposes, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and not to upload illegal content or content that violates Romanian law. Any attempt at reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the source code is prohibited.
Debtback guarantees the platform's operation according to published technical specifications but cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify functionalities with 30 days' prior notice.
Debtback is not responsible for indirect losses, moral damages, or loss of profit caused by improper use of the platform. Debtback's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. Debtback implements technical and organizational measures to protect data, including SSL encryption and restricted access to servers.
The user may terminate the use of services at any time by written request to the contact address. Debtback reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the account in case of a serious breach of the terms, with 7 days' prior notice.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be informed at least 14 days before the changes take effect, via email or notification within the platform. Continued use after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
